Welcome to Zixia Browser. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the product, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the product.

2. Product and services

Zixia Browser provides web browsing, downloads, ad blocking, user scripts, web video speed control, reading, read aloud, translation, and AI-assisted features. Availability may vary by app version, device, Android WebView, website compatibility, and third-party service status.

3. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Zixia Browser. Without permission, you may not maliciously modify the product, distribute unlawful modified versions, bypass security measures, or use it to disrupt networks or other people’s services.

You must follow applicable laws and website rules. You may not use Zixia Browser to create, access, store, or distribute unlawful or harmful material; infringe copyright, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights; or conduct attacks, fraud, bulk harassment, or similar abuse.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Zixia Browser is a tool for accessing internet content. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their content, products, services, security, or continued availability. Transactions or disputes with third parties are governed by the relevant third-party rules.

We may release updates or adjust or discontinue features to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Services may be temporarily unavailable because of device conditions, network failures, maintenance, force majeure, or third-party issues. We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected functions.

Intellectual property in Zixia Browser software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original materials belongs to the relevant rights holders. Web pages, images, audio, video, scripts, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Zixia Browser is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no additional warranty regarding third-party content, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Loss caused by unlawful use, third-party services, malicious files, unofficial modified versions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control remains the responsibility of the applicable party under law. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Children should use Zixia Browser with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. Guardians should help children understand online risk, privacy protection, and the rules of paid or external services.

We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change and will publish the current date on this page. If you seriously violate these terms, we may restrict related services as permitted by law. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
